Great Condo, Good Space, Not the cleanest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Summit was Great. Great location, easy access to the beach, Parking and leaving very convenient. We thought tootsies would make it loud, but you never heard the music or anything from out balcony. Only thing we had concerns with was cleanliness of condo, not really bad but lots of dust and rough areas. Hole in the wall from a painting that had fallen before we got there. Did notice a few cockroaches. Toilets didn't work well, coffee maker and blender didn't work. We didn't spend much time in Condo, but have definitely been in cleaner ones at the Summitt. We would stay again for the Value.

This was definitely the most disgusting condo that we’ve ever stayed in. Needs updating- has paint chips hanging from the ceiling and a toilet bowl brush from the 70’s. Black mold all over the walls and in all the hanging pictures. The condo was not cleaned before we got there. Finally got a message back asking if we wanted the cleaning crew to come back, but we had actually went to buy a mop and different mold cleaners to clean with the first day ourselves. I would not stay here unless you love breathing in black mold and paying extra for it.

Needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could have been updated some. Originally booked a nicer condo and it was changed a week before checkin due to it selling. Kind of dissapointed because the one we were changed to was not as nice and dated
