Please note: There are currently balcony repairs going on in other units in the building. Beach access is still open!



The Space:

Welcome to your beachfront escape in beautiful Indian Shores, Florida! Located just steps from the sand, this first-floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.



Inside, you'll find a spacious layout with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for couples, small families, or a group of friends (sleeps 4 total). The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home—pots, pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker, and more.



Step outside to enjoy the beachfront swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, our lounge on one of the many lounge chairs with a view! Whether you're watching the waves, catching a sunset, or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area offers the perfect place to unwind.



Take a few more steps from the pool area and walk right out onto the beautiful sand of Indian Shores! To make your beach days even easier, we provide all your beach gear necessities, including:

⚠️ Please Note: Temporary Construction Notice:

Balcony renovations are currently underway, and while our unit is unaffected, if they are working on balconies over the pool the pool will be closed until 4pm when they finish for the day. Construction is expected to be completed by early 2026. UPDATE: They have completed the units above ours and the views of the Gulf, the beach and sunsets have returned! While there is still ongoing construction on other units in the building. We will be updating our listing photos shortly. Book now before the prices go up after we get the new pictures!

Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole condo and the beach gear you should need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and more. There is also a community pool, lounge chairs, outdoor picnic tables and a coin operated washing and dryer on each floor



Interaction with Guests:

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
