This 2bd/1.5 bath townhome is perfect for families. With lake access just across the lawn and a seasonal heated pool it's a guaranteed fun summer spot. There's also pickleball/basketball courts, picnic areas and lovely lawn areas for playing frisbee or soccer. And we have lots of games and books available as well. BBQ grill goes without saying.

Inside, guests find the main bedroom with Queen bed with view of the lake. The second bedroom features a fun full-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for families or friends. One full and another half bathroom add convenience. There's a new washer and dryer inside the unit.

The space stays comfortable year-round with AC, and has a gas fireplace for the winter. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio or exploring nearby, this cute townhome offers a tremendous base for your getaway. Sandpoint with its lovely historic downtown area is less than 5 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants, shops, breweries and more invite you in after a stroll, hike or visit to the Farmer's Market

The walk & bike trail across the road takes you right into Sandpoint (1.5 miles) or Dover (2 mi).

SUMMER: So much fun with direct lake access - literally just walk across the lawn - offering a sun deck and swimming platform, picnic tables. Plus, there's a fun in-ground pool, pickleball courts & more.

WINTER: Schweitzer ski resort is a 25 minutes away, take the back way like a local. Or you can simply drive 12 min. to the shuttle parking lot. Shuttle runs every full and half hour. Great on the weekends if you're getting a late start!
Lots of hiking, cross country skiing and sledding available near the condo too.
