Beautiful, cosy, comfortable single-family house, renovated in 2018. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.7 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, billiard table, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 850 m, supermarket 1.5 km, shopping centre 5.3 km, restaurant 850 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 2.7 km. Marina 3.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stable 400 m.
