Private: property 800 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, billiard table, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises.
