Tennessee Treasure is not your typical rental. This beautiful home has the best of everything. Tons of space for large groups, but cozy enough for two people. Extremely well maintained and right in the heart of Blount County, TN. Close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Minutes from some of the most beautiful scenery in East Tennessee. Smart TVs throughout the home for movie night or just relaxing. Tons of parking and trailer storage! You get the same entry code for front door, side door by lower driveway, and garage door code, for easy access to the garage for your bikes, cars, toys, etc.

This home boasts a full kitchen on the main floor with everything you would expect in a fully functioning kitchen. Blender, toaster, microwave/air fryer combo, gas stove, and cutting boards, Keurig pods/ drip coffee maker combo, fire extinguisher, full set of dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, casserole dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, etc. Both kitchens have a dishwasher with 2 detergent pods for each one. Both kitchens also have a starter pack with your essentials like dish soap, extra garbage bags, sponges and paper towels. Main kitchen has k-cups, creamer, salt, pepper.

2nd kitchen has basics for pizza parties, etc. with microwave, silverware, plates, dishes, and everything you need to eat and entertain besides the cooking tools, since there is not a stove in the second kitchen. Both kitchens have an ice maker in the refrigerator.

Each bedroom has an alarm clock with a user manual. All can lights are on dimmers and each room has a ceiling fan with remote control. The two upstairs bedrooms have fire escape ladders in the closet. There are extra blankets and pillows throughout the home in the closets. There is one roll away (single bed) on each level and the couches pull out into a bed. Pillows and blankets are also stored under the lounger portion of both couches.

There are 2 laundry rooms. one on each floor, with starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Main floor laundry area has iron and wall unit ironing board.

Home has nightlights throughout both levels and emergency flashlights plugged in throughout, in case of a power outage. There are also integrated smoke / Co2 detectors on both levels of home, so if one goes off, they all will respond accordingly to get you out of the home quickly and safely.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, hand soap, and plenty of towels.

Bluetooth speaker system in the ceilings of the main floor kitchen/living room area. There is a second bluetooth speaker system on the back patio for enjoying the great outdoors, with your favorite music in the background.

The dart board is set to free play mode so just choose your game, add players and enjoy. The shuffleboard table is professionally leveled, and extremely fun for all ages!

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for large groups to mingle and enjoy their time together.

Weber Grill is connected to natural gas so there is no need to turn the gas on. Grilling utensils are in the storage under grill.

Hot tub on back patio for winding down after a full day of adventure. Seats 7 people and is very comfortable. Towel hooks are provided near the tub entry on the gazebo frame. Hot tub has built in cooler for keeping your favorite beverages on ice while relaxing.

Located in the garage, are broom, dustpan, dustbuster minivac, and a mop set up, in case of a spill or the need to clean up.

We respect your privacy, so this property has 4 cameras ONLY on the exterior of the home on the perimeter. THERE ARE NO INTERIOR CAMERAS OF ANY KIND. The garage pad is also an exterior Camera that is capable of making phone calls to us, should you need to talk to us directly. Simply press the phone icon on the key pad and it will dial us directly through speaker phone. Any tampering of any exterior cameras will result in automatic cancellation of the remainder of your scheduled visit. No refunds will be issued to anyone who has their reservation cancelled for violating house rules.

We have left a cooler in the garage, for your use, while you stay with us. There is also a built-in cooler in the hot tub. It is located opposite of the steps to tub entry. If either cooler is used during your stay, we ask that you clean them out before leaving.

There are 2 fire extinguishers in the home. One in the kitchen and on the outside patio.

There is a First Aid Kit under the kitchen sink.

If you are bringing your furry friend with you, absolutely no dogs on furniture or beds. Dog hair can be extremely difficult to remove from furnishings. Feel free to bring doggie beds or other accommodations for your pups. Always clean up after your pet. Lawn maintenance will charge us for dog droppings left behind. No dogs in the hot tub. A fee ,equal to the pet deposit, will be assessed if any of the dog rules are violated or if dog does any damage to home or contents of home.
