Lovely, spacious apartment in the centre of Faro. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The apartment is a first-floor apartment above restaurants including the delivery door to McDonalds where drivers tend to congregate. Hence, can be noisy. The apartment has shutters on all windows to help reduce the noise. The host was a good communicator. A security deposit is required, but this cannot be paid by Credit Card and must be paid by Revolut (a finance app) or cash. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Amei muito aconchegante, são receptivos, só não levou 5 estrela, pq só faltou o ar condicionado pra está época do ano, no mais muito sucesso pra vcs estão de parabéns o anfitrião que nós Deus suporte o tempo todo, a Sra Maria que também nos decepcionou. Mais uma vez meu muito obrigado.

Sehr liebenswerte Eigentümerin

Die Dame, die uns in Empfang nahm war wirklich super, nett, sachlich und freundlich. Maria verdient sechs Sterne Bewertung, keine fünf. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, geräumig und für uns drei mit einem sechsjährigen Kind mehr als ausreichend. Das Lokal war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um zu kochen wie zu Hause, einfach prima! Das Problem für uns war die Lage unweit von einer, wie wir vermuten, Disco. Es war sehr laut bis drei Uhr in der Nacht. Wir grüssen herzlich unsere Gastgeberin!

Die Vermieterin ist nett, die Wohnung gut. Es ist halt wirklich sehr laut und das hörte auch nicht nach Mitternacht auf. Ohropax haben geholfen.

Appartement agréable mais situé dans un lieu très bruyant

L’appartement est grand et située dans une rue piétonne centrale de Faro. Toutes les commodities sont à proximité. De nombreux cafés restaurants sont situés dans cette rue. Si vous n’êtes pas gênés par le bruit incessant des va-et-vient des livreus du McDo (situés au dessus de la fenêtre de la chambre) entre 23 heures et 2h du matin, cet appartement est parfait.. Dans le cas contraire préférez un endroit plus au calme. Au delà de ça le propriétaire est très symparhique et compréhensif. La communication est simple et reactive.

Relax in Faro

This apartment is centrally located in the entertainment area. You can walk to just about everything, but I suggested renting a car and seeing the rest of the Algarve area as well. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The new windows were soundproof, which was helpful the night we went to bed early. A solid ocean breeze kept the place cool, but if you are a hot sleeper, note that there is no A/C. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. With it as your home base, you'll enjoy your time in Faro.

Perfect location

Pros: Host made sure check-in process was easy and smooth. Communication has been perfect. The apartment is as described and you will have all what you might need during a short stay. Location of the apartment is great! From there you can easily reach in 5 mins the dock where boats for beaches leave. Recommended

A very nice appartment for people who won't mind the noise at night.

Pros: The appartment is wery well appointed, spacious, well equipped and was spotlessly clean. The owner reacted quickly on our questions and maintained a very welcoming type of communication throughout. The accommodation is very near to both the train station and the bus station, in addition to being at walking distance of all the attractions of the old town. A number of restaurants and bars are to be found in the street. Cons: Having been warned by the online description that the appartment is located in a very busy part of the town, we were not too surprised and appreciated our stay. However we would advise travellers with a light sleep to avoid this accommodation as it is situated in a street which happens to be very noisy from 7 pm to 4am. This is actually the main site of Faro's nightlife.
