良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The place is listed for 10 people maximum. I tried talking to the rental office because we were 11 last minute which were all included in the contract. They made a big deal about only 10 being allowed before check-in. After check-in they offered the ability to pay extra for that person. It would have saved us the hassle of looking for another place if it would have been offered when I did the contract. The place is beautiful but all the light fixtures were loose:they kept falling off. The ac in the kitchen leaks water, the wood near the fridge is moldy, the service at the pool is not good. We kept asking for the menu and it was never brought they just kept walking passed us, the restrooms only have shampoo and hand soap. The condo was clean in the obvious spots but it was not a thorough cleaning it has trash in the closet, we found trash from the previous tenants. Overall, it’s a beautiful place it just needs maintenance. A plus for letting us check in a hour early.
