We understand that your group changed at the last minute, and while we are normally unable to exceed the occupancy limit, we made a one-time exception to allow the additional guest to stay so that no one in your group would be left without accommodations. Unfortunately, this is not something we are generally able to offer due to the property's regulations. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and housekeeping concerns to our attention. We will share your feedback with our maintenance and operations teams so these items can be inspected and addressed promptly. Your comments regarding the pool service are also valuable, and we will use them as an opportunity to improve the overall guest experience.
