The Space:

Enjoy your next family ski-cation at this spacious, three bedroom condo featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a private deck with a gas grill, all located just two blocks from the ski basin.



What's nearby:

During the winter months, this rental is across the street from a convenient ski shuttle stop to take you to the lifts for world-class downhill skiing at the Angel Fire Resort. In warm weather, head north to Eagle Nest Lake for salmon and trout fishing. Take a kayak or whitewater raft down one of the local rivers. Or explore the many trail systems that wind throughout the Angel Fire area including the two-and-a-half Oeste Vista Trail, the Greenbelt Loop, and the Back Basin Hike.

Perfect location, wonderful views from the large deck!

We stayed over the 4th of July and absolutely loved the location, and festivities of the surrounding areas. We would seriously consider purchasing this place if it were available - it was perfect!

Great stay!

Loved that we were in walking distance to the slopes. Everything was very clean and up to date. We appreciated the extra fans, blankets and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Super close to Angel Fire Resort with great views of the mountain from the patio. Comfortable amenities and super convenient with the garage for bike storage.

Family Ski Vacation

Great proximity to the lifts, grocery store and restaurants. We were able to walk to the lifts and ski rental shops. The view of the slopes was beautiful when it snowed! We would absolutely book again!

Roomy, Comfortable and Convenient!

Having recently discovered Angel Fire, this townhome is located in the perfect location as it is in the middle of everything. It is within walking distance of a pizza place and a pub. Easy access to all the trails and the ski lift. Beautiful views from the front deck. We slept upstairs in the king size bed and having read a previous review I was very happy when the mattress was super comfortable. Lots of seating in the family room and a remote controlled fireplace. Bonus garage for parking and a secure place for bikes and skis while visiting.

Great location.

Overall the place was great. Had a minor issue.with a water leak that was resolved quickly. It is 3 sorty. So there's 2 flights of stairs. Box fans in each bedroom was a plus for us. It was a little difficult keeping everyone comfortable on the temp with the wall heaters. Always cold downstairs and a lil warm upstairs. But we easily fixed that by opening a window.

Poor customer service

The Condo location was great and condo clean. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and need updating. We were never made aware of any parking or recreational passes except on departure date through an email with departure instruction. The garage didn't have a garage opener and we weren't able to use it. And the shower upstairs wasn't working when we arrived with a family of six. The issued wasn't resolved for three days. (We had a 5-night stay). Poor customer service.

Amazing view of the main slope. Beds are comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with a crockpot and table settings for 8 people. Single garage with place to hang your skis or snowboard on the wall. Everything we needed and more!

Perfect Summer Trip to Angel Fire

Timbers 5 was the perfect home base for our time in Angel Fire! Ideally located a few blocks from the lifts. The house is nicely decorated with cozy furniture and great local artwork/photography. Although it was just two of us - the unit can easily accommodate 8-10. Large garage with tons of room for everything including great vertical racks for storing our mountain bikes when we weren't on the trails. Well stocked kitchen with all the essential equipment for cooking meals. For those who don't cook - several restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed riding and hiking the mountain trails and green belt trail system which are all within walking/riding distance. You will love sipping coffee on the deck watching the sun come up over the mountains. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We are looking forward to coming back in the winter!
