The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room features a convenient full-size sofa bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for your group. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your leisure.



Step out onto the balcony, which faces the street and fills the unit with an abundance of natural light. This tranquil space is the ideal spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, while immersing yourself in the beautiful view. We provide towels, linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.



Laundry facilities are just a few steps away from the unit, making it convenient to take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

Stay connected with the complimentary wireless internet available in the building's lobby, and we also provide Wi-Fi access specifically for the unit.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the fobs (electronic keys) that open the common area doors require a charge of $30 for every 2 adults. This is a non-refundable fee and is not included in the price. It must be paid to the management office upon arrival.



Parking options are available as follows:

1 day to 1 week: $100

2 weeks: $125

3 weeks: $150

4 weeks: $175

Daily parking: $20

Overnight parking: $20

Holiday parking: $40



Packages received during your stay will incur a fee of $7 per package.



Please note that the building only accepts debit or credit cards and does not accept cash.



Check-ins until 9 pm are free of charge. Late check-ins will incur a fee, which must be paid in cash at the check-in time.



To ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the 11 am check-out time. Late check-out charges may apply on a case-by-case basis. If there are any changes to the duration of your trip, please notify us promptly so that we can make the necessary arrangements for a smooth experience.
