Welcome to The Retreat at Packwood! Experience the ultimate Pacific Northwest getaway in our luxurious, custom-designed 2,500 sq. ft. mountain home. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with private neighborhood access to the Cowlitz River, this stunning 2022 build is the perfect basecamp for your next adventure. We are located just 8 minutes from the heart of Packwood and less than 30 minutes from the slopes of White Pass and the trails of Mt. Rainier National Forest.

Whether you are gathering for a cozy night in or returning from a long day of hiking or skiing, our home blends modern luxury with incredible amenities designed for the whole family.

THE SPACE

* Living Area: Relax under massive vaulted ceilings and stunning A-frame windows. Enjoy the indoor fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and central Heat & AC to keep you perfectly comfortable year-round.

* The Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked with modern appliances, a crockpot, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook for a large group. The dining area features a custom wrap-around built-in bench for plenty of seating.

* Bedrooms & Bonus Room: With 5 distinct sleeping areas, there is room for everyone. The upstairs bonus room is the perfect spot for kids to gather and watch a movie when the adults need some quiet time!

* Heated Game Room: The attached, fully heated garage has been converted into an epic game room featuring foosball, ping-pong, and darts to keep everyone entertained on rainy days.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

The outdoor space is truly where the magic happens. Step outside to enjoy:

* The Covered Patio: Sip your morning coffee or evening wine next to the gorgeous outdoor fireplace while taking in the views of Butter Peak.

* The Hot Tub: Soak sore muscles in the 7-person hot tub after a long day in the mountains.

* The Fire Pit: Gather around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars to roast s'mores and make memories.

* The River: Just a short walk away, you have private community access to the beautiful Cowlitz River.

* Complimentary EV Charging: Pull right in and plug in! We feature a brand-new Level 2 Tesla Universal Wall Charger in the driveway. With a built-in J1772 adapter, it is fully compatible with ALL electric vehicles so you can wake up fully charged for your adventures.

Rainier National Park and the White Pass Ski Area. Whether it is hiking through the old-growth forests and alpine lakes in the summer, skiing fresh powder in the winter, or hunting for treasures at the famous Packwood Flea Market, the area has a welcoming charm that is hard to find anywhere else. It is the perfect escape from the city.
