Amazing house for two couples and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Easy access to highway if want to venture out of the Town of Saugatuck. Would recommend this place!

Cozy updated cottage with plenty of spaces to spread out including large front screened-in porch and backyard with deck, grill, putting green, firepit and hot tub. Within walking distance to town and short drive to Oval Beach. Sits on busy Lake Street but quiet inside and in the back. Everything was very clean and felt kitchen and bathrooms were properly stocked for guests. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Saugatuck! The property is clearly very well cared for, tidy, and thoughtful in its layout. It provided a wonderful, relaxing getaway, though there were just a few minor details that could use a quick tweak…The outside “toys" provided were a huge hit. We absolutely loved having the putting green, fire pit and the hot tub-they made our time outside incredibly enjoyable.The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The front screened-in porch was a fantastic space to sit and unwind we enjoyed eating out there as well. The bedrooms were well-appointed and the bathrooms were great. Overall, the place itself felt very clean, tidy, and well cared for. The kitchen was a little short on supplies, like mixing bowls and utensils and didn't quite feel "lived-in." We had the bare essentials to get by, but a few more tools, and pantry staples would elevate the experience. The other minor issue was the en-suite bedroom door wouldn't shut properly unless you physically moved the area rug out of the way. The front porch screens could use a good cleaning, too…This place is super fun, very close to town, and easy walk…we walked everywhere! If you’re looking for a cool, fun place in Saugatuck check this place out! I highly recommend it!
