- During peak season (June-August) we are only able to accommodate Sunday check-in / check out for full week stays. Thank you for your understanding
- Prior to a booking request being approved, to protect the Guest a Vacation Rental Lease agreement stating rental rates, terms and house rules will require an e-signature per North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. Thank you for your understanding.

Other things to note:
Serenity on Snook is outfitted with smart locks, door and window sensors, and doorbell cameras on the exterior. Cameras will be disabled during rental periods to protect guest privacy.
