LOCATION

This is a walkable neighborhood. There is a hiking trail at the end of our street and 111 steps leading straight up to the schoolyard around the corner from the house where many locals exercise. There is a children's park two blocks from our house on Robusto Rd. Mission Trails Clairemont Mesa Trailhead is 2.2 miles away.

YOUR HOST

Welcome to our home. We are Donna and Bob, a married couple, and we have a nice clean one-story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in a friendly neighborhood called Tierrasanta, a master-planned community of hiking trails surrounded by nature. We just moved out with our 2 cats, so we do not suggest anyone with cat allergies stay at our house.

THE PROPERTY

Guests have access to the entire property except the garage and the small west side yard.

Bedroom 3, a spacious primary bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress and large mirrored closet doors. The large glass sliding door of the bedroom has a view of the backyard greenery and patio. The attached private bathroom has one sink and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is small and 2 people can fit inside only when the bathroom door is closed.

Bedroom 2, has a twin bed with a firm mattress. The bedroom is on the smaller side and has mirrored closet doors.

Bedroom 1, has a queen bed with a soft mattress. The bedroom is on the smaller side. There are mirrored closet doors.

The bathroom for bedroom 1 and 2 is located in the hall and has one sink and a tub/shower combination.

The sunroom has a daybed with a twin mattress. The bathroom for this room is also the hall bathroom.

HOUSE RULES

Please ask if you are unsure about anything in this section.

1. Please do not spray perfume or cologne in the house. Our cleaning person is very sensitive to chemicals in these products and may not be able to clean the room after a spray.

We cannot accommodate smokers. Our cleaning person is very sensitive to the chemicals in these products.

2. Eating and Drinking Areas

All eating and drinking is to be done in the dining room where there are tile floors, or the back patio. Do not eat or drink in carpeted areas including the bedroom as repairs are often restful and costly to you and us. Bottled water is okay in the bedroom.

3. Shoes

We have a shoes-off house. If you step outside, please wear your shoes. Walking outside barefoot or in socks brings dirt into the house.

4. Unregistered Guests

No unregistered guests are allowed. The maximum number of guests is six (6).

5. Identification

For safety and security, we reserve the right to request a photo ID after booking.
