Located on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac, yet just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in The Colony. The fully fenced, grassy yard provides the perfect space to relax or enjoy the outdoors.

Step into this beautiful home and be welcomed by a spacious living room featuring a cozy fireplace, ample seating, and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space with seating for four and a gourmet galley kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The peaceful primary suite offers a private retreat with an ensuite bathroom, a large TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The home also includes a private study, three additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a utility closet with a full-size washer and dryer—making it ideal for both short and long stays.

Step outside to enjoy the open patio or spend time in the oversized grassy yard. The property also features a rear alley entrance to a two-car garage, a driveway, and plenty of front street parking available.

Guests will have access to the entire home. Entry instructions, including access details, will be provided prior to check-in. A garage door opener will be available for use during your stay for convenient access to the two-car garage.

Pets: Pets must be approved in advance. A $350 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please share your pet details when requesting approval.
