The property offers sweeping views of the Ocean Dunes pool and grounds. Fully renovated and located just a quick two minute walk to the beach, this South Forest Beach gem will quickly become your new favorite vacation spot!

The living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an open-concept floor plan. Access the private balcony with seating for two through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats four comfortably, and the well-appointed kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private bathroom with a large vanity area and a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to a shared bath with a stall shower.

Please note: This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Guests staying at Ocean Dunes have access to a fabulous on-site pool area, as well as the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill right next door! There is a cabana bathroom located at the private beach walk for added convenience. The Ocean Dunes community is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, Celebration Park and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Ocean Dunes. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
