Gatherings & Events
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the villa and respect our neighbors, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas only, and we kindly ask that all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
Please note that a cleaning fee may apply if smoke odor or residue is detected indoors.
Pool & Water Safety
The villa offers a private pool and/or beach access for your enjoyment; however, there is no lifeguard on duty.
All swimming is at your own risk, and children should be supervised at all times in and around water areas.
Children
Children are very welcome! For their safety, we kindly ask that they are supervised at all times, especially near stairs, balconies, the pool, and outdoor areas.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy
For stays longer than 3 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure a comfortable stay.
This service is provided at a special guest rate of $ 50 USD per cleaning and is an additional charge separate from the cleaning fee included with your reservation.
Our team will coordinate the cleaning date and time with you during your stay.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to this mid-stay cleaning policy and the applicable additional cleaning fee.
Concierge services, private chefs, spa treatments, and more can be arranged upon request (additional fees may apply). We’re happy to help make your stay extra special.

Pets
We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted at this time.

Other Things to Note
The main entrance to the Corasol Beach Club is currently undergoing renovations as part of ongoing improvements to the community.
All amenities within Lorena Ochoa Residences remain fully operational, including the swimming pools, landscaped common areas, and golf course.
For beach access, we recommend using the entrance through Playa Azul, which provides easy access to Punta Esmeralda Beach, one of Playa del Carmen`s most beautiful public beaches, just a few minutes from the community.
These improvements are part of Corasol`s continued development and do not affect the amenities available within the condominium.
