A Kerr Home - Waterfront home with private dock, lake views, kayaks, paddleboat, & pool table

Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan are featured in the great room of this comfortable lake home. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area allows seating for your whole group. This level also offers a lakeside primary suite with a full bath and a powder room. For entertainment, there is a pool table in the family room, a bar, a foosball table, an air hockey table, a Ms. Pac-Man 10-in-1 arcade, and electronic darts! There are also two additional lakeside bedrooms, a bath, and a bunk area on this level with a TV with DVD in each room. For families traveling with little ones, a baby stroller is available for your convenience—perfect for walks around the neighborhood or day trips. There is also a high chair available as well.

Steps lead to the dock with a bench swing, plenty of room for sunbathing, and space to dock your boat. Paddle around the lake in the paddleboat and four kayaks, including two six-foot kayaks, and enjoy summer nights by the firepit or playing cornhole! This wide water cove is excellent for boating and other water sports, such as tubing and water skiing. For fun and relaxation in the water, guests can also enjoy our 6' x 18' floating swim mat, ideal for lounging, playing, or sunbathing on the water. It's a fantastic addition for both kids and adults to make the most of your time at the lake.

We had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. It was nice to be able to be entertained inside and outside depending on the weather. We loved having the pool table and other games available, along with the water equipment outside.

Beautiful scenery!

This house had lots to entertain all ages - pool table, fooseball, TVs - and could not be in a more beautiful setting! We are already planning our next visit.

Property was very nice, great access to the lake!

Great house with lots to offer in good & bad weather! Had a great stay with no problems! Would consider coming again if there weren’t so many fees involved in the rental!

Great Location, Beautiful, Spacious Home

This house exceeded expectations. The location is quiet, yet close to everything you need. The home provides lots of entertainment options, and the high ceilings make it feel super spacious. The dock and the lakefront were even, even for a toddler. We would definitely come back for another visit!

We had great stay at the Kerr house. House is very spacious with lots of room to spread out. Kids loved the game room. Seating on the dock in the shade was perfect for hot days. 4 kayaks on the dock were appreciated since we did not bring our own. House was clean, beds were comfortable & a very quick boat ride to Bridgewater for restaurants & fun. Highly recommend & we would stay there again.

Beautiful views

We had a great time at the lake, the house was perfect for our group. Beware of very steep driveway takes some getting used too. We only had one issue which was no ones fault but management jumped right on it and got it taken care of. Thank you for a great week.

Fun in Moneta

The whole process of renting this property was very easy and efficient. For us the only negative to the whole property was that it didn’t have a flat yard for the kids to play in. But I love the open floor floor plan in the kitchen and living room and the second level.

Great deal for the price!

Amazing location! The dock was beautiful, and the property was very nice. The house was spacious and even with 8 guests, we all had plenty of room. Just be warned; the driveway is VERY steep. It's in a very rural-ish area, but you are right by the neighbors. Here are the only cons: I wish we were provided trash bags and trash service (we had to take it offsite), some of the linens and sheets were stained, which was kind of gross, and we wish they provided some cleaning supplies, but it was still an amazing deal for the price. Overall, would recommend.

First off more detail about the driveway needed to be described, if your have a large SUV or long truck bed, or more than one vehicle you might want to rethink this location. It is one way in with steep driveway concrete wall down one side. We had two vehicles and constantly had to move vehicles to get into driveway to where we could get out. The house was "clean" maybe months ago, however huge spiderwebs throughout the house dead bugs in all rooms lined the walls.In some cases live spider activiity. DUST hanging off ceiling fans and on top of kitchen cabinets. Outside areas useless to sit and enjoy outside due to spiderweb covering everything or tree debris. even kayaks, swings on docks covered with spiderweb or otter poop with no water source to rinse off any seating. Paid alot of money and had very strict house rules to help their "professional housekeepers" Dusting, removing dead bugs, rinsing off outdoor furniture, should be a general practice when renting out a home. Messaged Host twice with no response.

Nice shady house and great dock.

The house is good, nice and shady lot, fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. We like swings on the deck and on the ground floor, and even on the dock! All fishing friends loved the fishing rod holders right in the deck, very convenient! Adult and kids kayaks, pedal boat and all the accessories. The small fourth ("kids") bedroom with full/twin bunkbed is quite small and windowless, I don't think it works very well for multiple occupants, even for kids. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
