Luxury Spring Home: Community Pool and Family Fun

The Space:

This is a spacious 2,000+ square foot primary residence and well cared for with a large living space, dining room, music room and spacious back yard. There is a brand new fridge and AC system with more to go. Tastefully decorated with some great artwork and good for music lovers - particularly guitar players. The master bedroom has a King size bed and two night tables. A second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third a SuperTwin. There is a spacious driveway with room for 4 cars. I also have adjustable dumbbells in case you want to stay a little pumped while traveling.



If you like watching TV, you'll have an 85" Samsung QLP TV in the family room for entertainment and can log into your favorite streaming services. If you like music, you can use the SONOS system for continuous music throughout the home.



Guest Access:

In the home you will have access to three bedrooms, a dining room, the music room, a breakfast room. and a huge kitchen and family room living area. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen with all the plates and utensils you'll ever need. At the end of the street is one of three community pools with a lazy river in it and there are 6 tennis courts, a golf course, volleyball and parks in the neighborhood. This is a great neighborhood for walking though there are also some super hiking trails nearby. Note that the pools are generally open on weekends in May and then full time in June through mid August. After mid August the pools are open on weekends through the end of September.



Other Things to Note:

Are you a musician? If so, I'll have an acoustic guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar with amp and and a ukulele available so you can keep practicing with while here. If you like music you may enjoy some of the artwork on the walls. I've also got a fabulous Sonos music system with 9 speakers throughout the house so you'll really like this place if you're a music lover. The home has a skylight over the kitchen and big windows for the family, breakfast, master, and dining room so this is a also a great home if you like natural light. In case it's helpful information and you're a fan of clean energy, solar panels provide all or most of your day time power.
