It’s not large, but it’s very comfortable and luxuriously furnished—you’ll feel right at home.
The beds are made when you arrive. From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV,
, pop in a DVD, or listen to music. Blinds can be lowered to darken all windows if needed. For
bookworms, there’s sure to be something to your liking on the large bookshelf. Those particularly interested in art and
culture will find informative reading material about the region. CDs and DVDs provide great
entertainment.

A separate kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. High-quality
china makes the food taste even better. The terrace faces the sunny courtyard. Here,
you can see other guests at the house and strike up a conversation with them. In the evening,
you can sit comfortably and sheltered on the terrace when you’ve returned home
after a long day at the beach.

The bathroom has a small bathtub with a shower. You don’t need to
bring a hair dryer or iron. Bright and cheerful, the entire apartment is very invitingly

Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic spa-style villa and the newer building behind it.

You’ll find many restaurants and cafés on the popular Strandstraße. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks toward Kühlungsborn West.

The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.
