気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
If you are looking for a nice, clean condo to relax in, in a peaceful area after days of soaking up the sun on Maui's beautiful beaches or days out on excursions....THIS CONDO IS NOT FOR YOU! My husband and I booked this unit for 12 days. It looked charming and clean on the pictures. That is not the case. This place needs some real TLC. - Bottoms of our feet were filthy from the dirty floor- Soap scum running down shower walls- Dirty dishes in the cupboards- Curtains looked just cut/torn by A/C unit- A/C extremely loud in the bedroom, we couldn't sleep with it on and ceiling fan ticking-A/C in living room loud, and lamp flickering when turned on-Bugs and ants in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom-Couldn't sit on the patio, felt like being on the street with motorcycles, trucks, you name it roaring the streets day and night. You can even hear it inthe bedroom with the door closed.- No such thing as quiet time in this complex for people to sleep.We called Coldwell Banker, the host, the next morning after arriving to request being moved to another unit, and they refused to do so! After the 4th night we booked another property elsewhere, and left! We wouldn't want anyone else go through the same stress. The listing sounded like an updated, new property listing with no reviews. NOW we know why no reviews!! Maybe removed? Who knows! There is NOTHING peaceful here. Best thing we did is, leave!(Unfortunately,it won't let us post video's of the noise from A/C only photos!)
