Anna Maria Island has many guided tours. Kayak or paddleboard the bay and the calm Gulf, where you might even encounter some wildlife!Optional pool heat up to 86 F is $150.00 a week. Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 6 peopleThere are parking spaces for three cars at Coastal Livin'.This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area.Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
