The “Cozy one bedroom townhome” at Fond du Lac was not as it appeared on the listing. It was tiny. The bathroom was dirty, with a variety of black hair on the floor, indicating it had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The bed was placed so that the air conditioner had to blast all night on one person’s head. We had to strip our own bed and there were stains on the mattress pad, further contributing to the impression of uncleanliness. When I complained to the owner, he did not even apologize and was argumentative. I would definitely not book this room again.
