Family friendly, and well rounded neighbourhood 1 bed (King Sized) 1 queen pull out couch and 1 bath suite. Newly renovated with updated ceiling sound proofing, sound dampening secret door way, kitchen, floors, lights, and paint.

The area is low and slow with walking trails around but easy access into downtown Langford (4 mins) Thetis Lake (7 mins) the Malahat (Goldstream Park 10 mins) and into Downtown Victoria (18 mins) Pet friendly, private entry and own patio space will make this main floor suite feel like home.

Overall, this was a really good base for our trip. It was easy to find and access. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. There were plenty of towels for our extended stay and the space was clean and well appointed.The blue couch in the photos had been replaced with a new tan one. For our family of three adults it was a little tight to sit on while watching tv in the evenings. The description says soundproofing had been updated, but we still found that being in the lower portion of a house with kids and dogs to be a little noisy, especially early in the mornings. It wasn't bad, but it was certainly noticeable.

This place was great. The hosts were friendly and responsive communicators. We had everything we needed and more for our short stay in the Victoria area. The bed was soft and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, the downstairs of the host's residence. Large place with separate bedroom. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Location is fairly convenient to Highway 1, though it was a bit off the main road in a suburban neighborhood.The main host was away while we stayed, so communication was a little delayed. We had a couple of minor issues; main one was that the listing indicated the unit had a washer and dryer, but those are not in the unit. Looks like the host has now removed those from the listing.Tip: the lockbox with the key is _underneath_ the right side of the staircase (which is on left side of the house); we had confusion trying to find it while walking up the stairs.

The community. You can have a house anywhere but our community makes it a home.

Also have upgraded the sound proofing on the ceiling and all walls adjoining to our area. Put a lot of effort into making sure people can enjoy the space, and we can enjoy ours.
