Everything was good. We could have used a more extensive kitchen and there was not alot of sound proofing from upstairs.

Everything was lovely, clean space, host was easy to get a hold of ,location was pretty decent, about a 20 minute drive into victoria, 8 to 10 into langford depending on the time of day, only complaints would be the constant loud noise from the family upstairs, seemed like they were directly above us and only above us the entire stay no matter the time of day, i did notice by the time wed try sleeping though the noise would somwhat subside. Over all good place if youre able to sort of tune out the noise.

Really enjoyed my stay at this suite, it was modern and clean, and the check in process was super simple! Highly recommend, the area has lots of food and shops around and not too far from the city.

Perfect little suite for us to use while visiting family in the area. The space was clean and beautiful, spacious and well stocked! They had everything we needed to fill the essentials (coffee, shampoos, toothpaste) and everything went smoothly. There was some sound from upstairs but never during the night or early morning, and nothing excessive, just people living life! Would absolutely book again!

Amenities were clean and comfortable, everything I needed was provided. Ok for a short stay. However I found it noisy, with regard to heavy footsteps all the time and alarms going off early mornings from accommodation above. Could suggest instructions be provided for how the heating is controlled, how coffee machine works.

Hello Janice, Thanks for the feedback. It was highly regrettable reading about the noise, especially the alarm sound that echoed into your suite. It was a wake up alarm for the family that was accidentally left downstairs in the living area that the sound travelled into your suite. I apologize for this! I wish you had brought this to my attention as it was an easy fix. Re: the heater, it’s a standard heating baseboard in North America that requires just turning on (though I noticed you’re from England). Re: the coffee maker, I noticed you were able to figure it out through the coffee supplies but again, you could reach out for support re: this. We strive to provide the best possible service to our guests and we once again, apologize for any discomfort you experienced. We hope to welcome you and give you a better experience in the near future.

Oyedele was kind and welcoming. The suite was pristine, and well stocked with essential amenities like tea and coffee. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Victoria Harbour. We would not hesitate to come back!

Beautiful suite, lovely hosts. Very comfortable and well stocked, and the host checked in after a couple of days to be sure all was well. which was much appreciated. As other reviewer’s have mentioned, the family with young children live above the suites so you’re bound to hear some noise, but they’re very considerate.The one thing I’d mention to anyone with health challenges: the exterior flight of steps down to the walk-in (private) basement suites is unusually long. I’m ok with a normal flight of steps, but this was a struggle for me, particularly when carrying luggage up and down. Perhaps including a photo of those steps would be wise so it’s clear to guests with sometimes invisible limitations what to expect Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The property was clean, pet friendly was a plus. the host is very attentive, responds immediately and polite. Would stay again. One thing should be noted is there are children upstairs and both nights it was loud until 10pm.

Room is excellent. Brand new and nice amenities. However, owner lives upstairs with small kids and VERY thin wall. When the kid cried, it felt like child was in the same room. We did appreciate they kept the kid away above us in the morning so we were able to sleep in.
