The property was not as clean as you would expect- dust in most places, dead flies randomly popping up, roaches crawling around. There were also a few loose items like the sink in the bathroom was not properly secure, the shower floor was broken up underneath the small mat, rugs were placed instead of fixing small holes in the floor. Also, you are able to hear every single step taken from the ground floor and muffled conversations (the renting location is in the basement)

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience for every guest. During your stay, we checked in shortly after your arrival and again midway through your visit. No cleanliness concerns were brought to our attention, and our offer of complimentary mid-stay cleaning and laundry service was declined. You did let us know about seeing one water bug, and we immediately offered to inspect and treat the apartment. You declined our offer to enter the space, so we respected your privacy and were unable to address it during your stay. We take all guest concerns seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve any issues while you were here

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
