Our stay was disappointing due to cleanliness, communication, and guest-readiness concerns.We received conflicting information from the owner and management regarding check-in and check-out. We were also surprised when an unidentified woman entered the property using her own access code without knocking or announcing herself. It took several hours for management to clarify who she was.The home did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. Linen, dishes, silverware, countertops, fixtures, and other surfaces were dusty and grimy. We found a large dead/decaying moth inside a pillowcase, which raised concerns about the condition of the bedding. There was also a persistent odor throughout the home. While some bugs and spiders are expected, the amount present inside suggested negligence.The home was minimally stocked, with only one other roll of toilet paper, limited towels, and few basic guest supplies. The washer/dryer combo also required extremely long cycle times.The address we received prior to arrival led us to 2 inaccurate locations.The property has potential, but it would benefit from a deep cleaning, better communication, and more attention to guest comfort before arrival.
