Spend the summer in Coronado the way locals do: walk to the beach, stroll to dinner, catch Sunday concerts in the park, and come home to a quiet, comfortable Village condo designed for real life.
This rare ground-floor, single-level condo sits in the heart of Coronado Village, close enough to enjoy the best of town on foot, but just far enough from the beach-day parking crush to feel calm and residential. Central Beach is an easy 8-minute walk. Spreckels Park and the Coronado Library are about 6 minutes away. Orange Avenue dining, coffee, shops, and the Hotel del Coronado are all comfortably walkable, making it easy to park once and live without constantly getting back in the car.
This is our year-round home, not a stripped-down rental unit. It is thoughtfully maintained, fully equipped, and designed for longer stays, with central A/C, a cook’s kitchen, comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, 2.5 Gbps fiber internet, 6E mesh Wi-Fi, laundry, extra freezer space, and a layout that supports both summer relaxation and serious work-from-home needs.

The condo includes a dedicated carport space, and street parking here is excellent. The location is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away that the block does not get overwhelmed by day-use beach parking.

The property is part of a small 3-unit HOA. The other two units are occupied by respectful, quiet long-term residents, giving the property a stable, residential, low-key feel.
Single-level, ground-floor convenience
The condo lives almost entirely on one level, with only two small steps from the sidewalk to the main level. No elevator, no complicated access, and no multi-story layout to manage.
Built for work from home
With 2.5 Gbps fiber internet and 6E mesh Wi-Fi, the home is set up for video calls, streaming, remote work, and multiple connected devices.
A real home, not a temporary setup
Because this is our personal residence, it is stocked and maintained for daily life: quality appliances, real cookware, comfortable spaces, laundry, storage, outdoor areas, and the small conveniences that make a month-long stay feel easy.
Kitchen, dining, patio, and living spaces
The kitchen, dining room, and interior patio are all connected, creating an easy indoor/outdoor flow.
The kitchen is set up for people who actually cook. It includes a KitchenAid gas range, Bosch dishwasher and refrigerator, and GE Café Advantium oven/microwave.
The dining room seats 8 and includes a cozy fireplace and Frame TV, making it a comfortable gathering space.
The separate living/family room includes a 77-inch LG OLED, making it ideal for movies, sports, and relaxed nights after the beach or dinner in the Village.

Outdoor spaces
The condo has two private outdoor areas.
The front yard is fully walled and accessible only from the Primary Suite, creating a private outdoor space for morning coffee, outdoor meals, kids’ playtime, or unwinding after the beach. It includes turf, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor dining table.
The interior patio sits directly off the kitchen and dining area. It includes a BBQ grill and space to securely store bikes, beach gear, or a stroller.
Laundry, workspace, and extras
The garage includes full laundry, a desk, and an extra refrigerator/freezer, which is especially useful for longer stays. A portion of the garage near the garage door is reserved for owner storage and is not available for guest use.
Important booking details
This property is available only for longer stays of 26 nights or more, with priority given to 30+ night summer reservations. All booking requests are reviewed before approval.
Security deposit and rental agreement: Because this is a furnished 30+ night stay in our personal residence, a separate California furnished rental agreement is required. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is also required and will be handled in accordance with California law. The rental agreement is available for review before booking.
No parties, events, subleasing, commercial use, smoking, or unregistered overnight guests. HOA, parking, quiet-hour, and common-area rules apply.
The trampoline shown in some photos may be present only as a frame without the mat or safety net and is not available for guest use.
