The Space:
Set behind a private gate on 3.27 acres, this is really three buildings working together as one compound — the main residence, a detached guest house, and a flexible gym/office/media suite — connected by lawns, stone paths, and open valley views.
The single-level main residence unfolds under vaulted ceilings into one expansive open floor plan, where the great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen flow together and spill out onto the covered deck. The kitchen is outfitted with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and an oversized island built for gathering. The primary suite is its own retreat — a grand designer's walk-in closet and a marble-appointed bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and dual vanities. Each guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and private exterior access, so everyone gets a real measure of privacy.

Welcome to our hilltop estate. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum age to book is 25 years old. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and events or parties are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 guests. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of 400 dollars. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of 100 dollars per day from May through October or 250 dollars per day from November through April. The hot tub is heated free of charge. Free parking is provided in the garage. We offer private transportation services including an 11-passenger van or a 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade which can be booked directly with us.
