The holiday home 'Villa Eden' is located on the border between Avola and Syracuse and impresses guests with its view of the sea. 'Villa Eden' is an apartment in a villa next to one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily and near the nature reserve of Cavagrande. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room with the kitchen is an open space, where there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The second main bathroom has a shower.
The 100 m² property can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the big TV room, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a beautiful veranda facing the sea and a terrace that will leave you breathless with the beauty of the landscape. A barbecue is also available.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a playground. The outdoor shower is next to the garden where children can spend their free time safely and where there are also some games dedicated to them. The shared area is only shared during the months of July and August.
The strength of Villa Eden is its position as it is only a few kilometres from the main tourist areas of the province of Syracuse, 6km from the Nature Reserve Vendicari, 6km from Cassibile with its nightclubs where you can eat very well, 7km from Ognina marina, 25km from Marzamemi and island of currents, 3km from the great quarry Cassibile, 4km from Fontane Bianche, a known tourist resort of Syracuse, and 10km from the town of Noto capital of Sicilian Baroque.
