The Space:

Lounge in your own private lanai, outfitted with comfortable furnishings and luxurious details throughout. Reel in a fresh catch from the private dock or bring your boat and enjoy direct access for exploring the waters of the Gulf and Caloosahatchie River. Of course, going for a dip in the private pool is always an option! This clean, dog-friendly home is full of multiple small touches that add comfort to your stay. When you're not grilling or enjoying the close-up view of the canal from the enclosed backyard, the interior of the home will provide a restful retreat. The full kitchen features the full-size conveniences and cooking tools you need to put together tasty meals. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has towels and swimsuits at the ready. At the end of the day, settle in and turn on the ceiling fan for a cool wind-down. Chilling out comes easy at this bright house on the canal.

*Please note the pool is a 6ft deep heated, saltwater pool

*Pool heat is available for $32 a day plus tax. Three day minimum is required. We must be notified 72 hours in advance. Pool heat is available between October 1st and May 1st.

*The dock is available for fishing, standing and docking a boat. The lift is not available for guest use.

Over all we had an amazing vacation, the house is centrally located, we rented a boat for a few days, which was nice to dock it at the house, we enjoyed seeing dolphins swim past the house, we will consider this property on our next trip

Lovely pool

Good location, close to grocery store and town. Pool and canal are beautiful. Lots of pool toys and rafts. Nice kitchen and nook. Friendly neighbors.

Pictures make house look great

The pool and view of canal were great. The house very dated, not very clean, and lacked in basic maintenance.

We are happy to report that the home has been recently updated, and regular maintenance is performed on the property including a recent deep cleaning, the removal of unwanted items from the nearby empty lot, and new fans were installed. House is layed out nicely. Good fishing by the dock. Caught some nice red snapper. Sat by the dock in the early evening and watched the boats go by. Overall great experience.

Wonderful way to spend a vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time. We actually spent more time out by the water fishing than we thought we would. We caught quite a few fish that are different species than where we live. We are grateful for the memories of this stay. Thank you

Great family home and location

This is one of the most beautiful and best family homes we have ever rented. The pool had lots of swimming equipment for the kids to play with and the canal was ideal for seeing a abundance of wildlife. The house is beautiful, and well kept. Comfortably accommodated our family of 5. There were amazing views from every room of the home. A short drive to town. We would absolutely come back again to this house and neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!
