The Space:

Offering a great location on 125th Street in North Ocean City, Lorelei I 404 is a lovely, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits within walking distance of many popular Ocean City hot spots. This condo comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, three brand-new smart TVs, and a DVD player for your nightly entertainment. Building facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, an elevator, and parking for two cars.



What's nearby:

Walk two blocks down to the beach for a beautiful day of sun and surf, or stroll one block over to gorgeous Northside Park to enjoy peaceful walking paths, a bayfront fishing pier, a playground, picnic facilities, and popular events throughout the year. You'll also be just a short walk from numerous shops and restaurants.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Stay

Quiet and spacious. I will recommend it if you don't mind being away from the boardwalk area. Offers everything you would need and more.

This place has a great view off the balcony. Great location to the park, which is perfect for walking, running, fishing and crabbing. Also, short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores.

Great location

This was a great location with plenty around for family. I traveled with 2 small children and it was fantastic. Quiet hours were meet and it was a very safe area. Beach close by and beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Loved it and will definitely go back.

Great Location

Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We love Northside Park and that was the main reason we stayed there.

Wonderful space great location

Hidden Gem

Our condo was tucked away in the quiet part of town. Spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were nicely arranged. Two full bathrooms is definitely a plus. We were away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the restaurants and amusements.

Unit 404. Great location and views. Large, roomy unit. Carpet needs a good cleaning and pull out sofa mattress needs to be replaced. Overall, nice place.

Location was great, the elevator is a plus. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced with a laminate flooring, the sofas need to be replaced.

Good stay…

Overall great location…. Condo could use some TLC. We are not a family to watch tv all the time, but we did not have TV or international access for the week. We would definitely come back to this property. North side park was a great place…. Everything you need is centrally location to property…. Thank you OCMD!

Dated but cozy

The unit was clean but the master bedroom bathroom tub was full of sand and had not been cleaned. The beds were very uncomfortable and the TVs were antiques. Balconies so close that there was no privacy. But ok for short stay and small group. Great location and the view was good.

Good Location

Condo is decent, TV could certainly be upgraded, poor quality, and new ones are really not that expensive. No early check-in option and you need to drive to the office and stand in line to pick up keys which isn’t till 4pm. Door codes would be more convenient.

I will not recommend to anyone

Air conditioning was not working for one day entirely. Also Refrigerator was not working properly. Frozen and ice was not working. Balcony was not clean. There was sand and it was very sticky. Bed also not comfortable. And there no lock working of any bathroom or bedroom.

Overall a good stay. The condo was very clean and a great price, in a super quiet/low key/safe area of Ocean City. My only complaints were a) the check in and out process was confusing with discrepancies between what I was told ahead of time/the day of, and b) the condo was super dated (walls badly needed paint, things were rusted, TVs/appliances were from the 90s, etc). The decor was hideous, but oh well, not the end of the world. One thing that was odd was that there was religious memorabilia/decorations which you don`t expect in a setting like this. The Wi-Fi was also horrendously slow to the point where it was unusable. I just tethered with my phone, so also not a big deal. Overall though it was a good stay and an amazing value for what I paid. I would consider staying here again, but I would like the host to paint and fix the rust. Also, the host should fix all of the discrepancies with check in/out. I got an email saying one thing, a phone call saying something different, an envelope when I picked up my key saying something else, and then I had to call their office to get more info which also provided me with slightly different information again.
