The Space:
Located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, this three-bedroom, two-bath condo offers all the amenities and conveniences of home! It offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the major appliances, including a dishwasher, central air conditioning, washer/dryer on site, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TVs with cable, free WiFi, a small balcony, and access to a community outdoor pool! Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please Building rules restrict the use of swim diapers in the pool. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Love,love,love
We absolutely LOVED this property and our stay there. Being able to walk to the beach and different places to eat made this place the perfect place for us and our big family. We definitely plan to book again next year and hopefully for years to come!

Perfect family stay
The location was super convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We all loved the pool. I could hardly get the kids out of it.

Nice Place
This place was a great size for three adults and two kids. Very close to the beach and convenient location to the grocery store and restaurants. The balcony door was very hard to open and shut and the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off. Those are my only two pieces of constructive feedback for the property manager. I would stay here again!
