Perfect for couples and small families, this one-bedroom rental is within walking distance of great dining, shopping, and attractions, with world-class beaches just a few steps away. Bask in calm bay breezes while looking out across coastal marshland and the placid waters of Isle of Wight Bay from the private, furnished balcony. After a day of sun and fun, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. Equipped with a full suite of major appliances and utensils, the kitchen is ready to handle anything from preparing at-home meals to tossing together a beach picnic - leave the clean up for the dishwasher. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Free WiFi For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Great property with even better owners! Updated condo with all amenities provided. Aesthetically beachy and super cute with awesome view from back balcony that made morning coffee amazing! Perfect for a couple's getaway. Definitely will rent again 🥰

Amazing View and Location

This unit was perfect for the 2 of us! Enjoyed every moment and especially the balcony view of the bay and breathtaking sunsets. Internet worked perfectly for teleworking during the day and the comfy bed was so restful in the evening. Jeff and Liz were perfect hosts and very responsive.

Wonderful Bay Views!

We enjoyed six days at this nice condo with tremendous views! Watched herons, egrets, red-winged blackbirds up close every day, and spectacular sunsets each evening! Great access to the beach, as well! Will visit again! Need a cable TV guide and better instructions for the coded door lock, but once the door issue was taken care of we had no complaints.

Overall it was a nice stay. Nice touch having charging stations on both sides of the bed. Water pressure was very low. We paid for a late checkout, only to have the maid come in almost 2 hours early!

The condo was very clean and had great views over the bay. However, given the cost it could’ve been better equipped. ( there was only one bowl in the kitchen) We had to turn off air conditioning at night as it was so noisy. Washer/ dryer and cooker were new and worked well.

Cleanliness

Negatives: The place needed a deep clean. Dust behind and under the bed and other furniture. Kitchen trashcan needed to be cleaned. Tenant on first floor was smoking on deck when we thought there was a no smoking policy. HVAC had to be turned off while sleeping, very loud. Positives: Great location, view of the bay, overall it served our purpose.

Nice Place - Worst Service Ever!!!!

My wife and I loved the place, although it is a little small, it is cozy and clean. The problem we had came down to housekeeping - on check in we noticed we had no washcloths, immediately contacted Vacasa asking to get the problem resolved - we were assured it would be, although we were there for 5 days Vacasa DID NOT resolve the shortcoming. Very sad! While corporate communication seemed to work, it resulted in LIP SERVICE - nothing more!
