Just minutes away from downtown Rehoboth, the beach, shopping outlets, and the boardwalk, everything you could want is at your fingertips. On top of easy beach access, you'll also be able to use the pool whenever the mood should strike you. Nearby, there are a number of golf courses and a few parks for another great way to enjoy the outdoors. Take advantage of the numerous coffee shops and breweries with friends to wind down and discuss what you'll be doing tomorrow.



Back at your vacation home, the gated community has direct private access to Delaware’s Breakwater Junction bike and pedestrian trail for taking leisurely strolls or bike rides. The fully-appointed kitchen with generous counter space and modern appliances is perfect for preparing and sharing a meal together. Dine in the spacious dining area or take it outside on the patio and eat al fresco. Round the day off by relaxing in front of the included TV or with a good book in hand. Very clean and perfect location for outlet shopping and boardwalk. Had an issue with the development gate #. Property manager wasn't very helpful in getting us the actual code, and sounded aggravated that the wrong code had been provided to us. Eventually, a kind neighbor helped us out. Would stay there again in a second :)

Great vacation with adult siblings.

Perfect stay for our small family reunion. We enjoyed the beach, boardwalk, shops, and wonderful restaurants. October is a great month to visit. No crowds and comfortable weather.

Great place to stay while going to Sports at the Beach!

This property was in the perfect location. Clean. Spacious. Easy parking. It was just the right amount of space for my family of four. Great decor. Everything my family needed while attending a weekend baseball tournament. Even the neighbors were pleasant.

Great condo

Condo was very clean and well stocked. However the master shower door was broken and non functioning. When I contacted the property manager they stated they knew however there was no notice to me prior to checking in. Same with laundry closet door.

Nice Place / Great Location, cleaning is not spotless

White socks turned black on the bottom after walking around for an hour. Back porch is so dirty we could enjoy it. That being said these are small things that can be fixed. Customer service is great! Location, convenient! Overall the place seemed clean. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Door code requires quick code entry or you will have to start over.

Clean, well decorated and close to beach

The house was clean and simply decorated. The listing did not say toiletries would be provided, so I was pleasantly surprise when travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner was available in the bathroom and dish soap and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. We were unable to access the pool. There was an issue with either the key pass or gate. Since we only stayed for the weekend, there was not enough time for the property manager to resolve the issue. Although they did say they would have someone look into it locally.

Wonderful Place to Stay-Minor Issues

This was a nice place to stay. The location was perfect—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. I had an infant with me, so being on the first floor worked well. Overall, the place was very clean—actually spotless. My only gripe about cleanliness is that the sponges there were very old and moldy, which made me question if they used those to clean with (yuck). I also asked several times in advance for an early check-in and was told merely two hours beforehand that I could check-in early. That isn’t practical for someone traveling several hours away. I also asked for an extra hour for a late check-out and was told it would be an additional purchase, which sounded ridiculous. Other than those minor issues, I would highly recommend.
