The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from this first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one level resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including a master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, DVD, Wifi. Notes:



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Please respect the no dog policy.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Great family vacation destination

Property is versatile with the second bedroom having an accordion door that splits the space. Sea Colony has great amenities with multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool and private beach that ensures even on busy days that you’re not crowded.

Very nice location

We really enjoyed the outside patio with our family. It was nice to walk up to our unit and store our beach chairs there. The unit was well equipped and cozy.

Loved the location...1st floor...easy access to the pool and beach...garage just one flight down. Very up to date and cozy. Nice clean kitchen with great appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware. Everything worked. All you needed. Beds comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great stay at Bethany Beach

Sea Colony is a great property, great accomodations (multiple outdoor and one indoor pools, right off the beach, umbrella/chair rentals) on site and located close to lots of good restaurants as well as CVS/Walgreens and Dunkin Donuts. Staff and other guests were all pleasant and minimal to no noise after hours which was great for our family with kiddos that go to bed early. Definitely will visit again next summer, hoping to rent same property as it had ceiling fans above all the beds, and second bedroom had partition that made it feel more like a 3 vs 2 bedroom condo.

The property was lovely and a great get-a-way. Disappointed that all 12 outside heated pools were closed. Would have liked that disclosure.

Every aspect of the property was excellent. We noticed 2 minor items that could benefit from some preventive maintenance: 1. Storm door handle seems loose on its spindle; 2. Kitchen faucet is a little loose, indicating it could be tightened from underneath the sink. Neither of these items posed a problem for us; dealing with them now could head off problems later.

Beach vacation

The proximity of the unit to the beach and pool was excellent . The bedrooms were very adequate in size and the kitchen well stocked . However the master bathroom is much needed updating , the wallpaper is peeling , the toilet seat is old and slightly chipped and toilet tissue handle is not secured and a hole in the drywall near the bottom of the shower . . Overall the experience in the home was excellent just the master bathroom needs attention .

We recently stayed at this beach condo and overall had a very wonderful experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps from both the pool and the beach, which made it super convenient for our family with young kids. The condo itself is modern and nicely updated, with plenty of amenities and activities for the kids, which kept them entertained throughout our stay.The only downside was that the floors didn’t feel very clean when we arrived. We noticed some debris and could feel things in the carpets, which was a bit off-putting. The kitchen was also not as stocked as most other vacation rentals we've stayed in.Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo for families looking for a relaxing vacation close to the water!

Great Updated Condo

Overall, we were very happy with this unit. This is our 8th summer and this by far was the most updated condo we have stayed in. I have 2 suggestions - getting a new mattress for the king bed. It was very lumpy and my back was killing me every morning I woke up. Also I would suggest replacing the shower head in the master bath.
