Reach the beach for your next vacation in this updated sixth floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath Sea Colony oceanfront condo! Recent updates (2017): New flooring throughout, new coffee table and end tables (living room), new blinds (master bedroom and dining room), new end tables (master bedroom), lamps (master bedroom and bedroom 2), new quilts (all bedrooms), decorative pillows (bedroom 2 and 3), Keurig and toaster oven. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level design features a seaside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs (including a 55' Smart TV with HBO in the living room), Blu-ray, Keurig, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Vacasa staff were outstanding. They have this stuff down to a science. Great location right on the beach. Unit getting a little worn, but still fine.

Great view, well equipped for a family!

The unit was an excellent with more than enough space for our family. We enjoyed using the well stocked (plates, plenty of cups, silverware, cooking utensils) kitchen to keep meals simple. The dining table and chairs were where we ended each day. A great trip was had by all!

Excellent location

Great view. Excellent location - easy walk to beach, right next to building with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub. We have 4 kids so love the two twin bed rooms. Only suggestion would be more comfortable chairs on the porch and an extra chair in the living room area. Great showers (double shower heads). Will definitely rent this spot again.

Beautiful condo

Perfect view, comfortable beds, clean. However, not enough comfortable seating. The couch is not comfortable nor are the dining room chairs. Next time I will choose a different room.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT! STAY AWAY!

This home is absolutely not worth the price we paid to stay there. We have stayed at Sea Colony many times over the past 30+ years. This is by far the worst unit we have ever rented. Everything in the unit is filthy, uncomfortable and woefully outdated. For example, the couch cushions are so dirty and saggy that our family was not able to sit together in the living room at any point. There is black mold growing around the kitchen sink and in both showers. The stains on our socks from walking around in the unit made it obvious that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time. There are many other fabulous units at Sea Colony. Do not waste your time with this one!
