The Space:

Recently updated: New HVAC, new paint, dining room table (chairs and stools too), bedding, plates, toaster oven and sleep sofa! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this second floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath resort condominium offers great single-story accommodations for your next beach adventure. Enjoy all that the Sea Colony resort has to offer from this updated getaway, featuring balcony, living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom with private attached half bath and more. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi. Please be advised this getaway does not feature an ocean view.





Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Sea Colony is a near-perfect location in Bethany Beach, with its own shuttle service, private beach, and complement of indoor and outdoor pools and activities. We’ve stayed here several times and love the facilities. Sadly, this particular unit is in need of some TLC, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen supplies, but the rest of the resort is still a treat.

Wonderful Weekend

This mini vacation exceeded my expectations! It was an easy check in and check out process. The unit, grounds and fitness center were squeaky clean. I love the unit, from the location to the decor. Wifi and xfinity cable worked great and I was impressed by the extras (games, books, movies, etc). It’s obvious the owners take pride in their rental!! We will be returning to this condo!

I will only give 3stars due to the fact the condo was not cleaned before we walked in. The space was great, exactly as described. Only problem with the condo was that I had to clean it before bringing in my bags in.

Great location, comfy place, would rent again

The four of us stayed for 3 nights at the end of Aug 2021 - two adults, two small kids. We found all the basics covered, and kids found plenty of things to play with in the condo during the hotter portions of the day. The balcony is large, which was fun for them. It's a kilometer to Bethany Beach main street (perhaps a 10-15min walk). It was a minor pain that the community is gated, so you couldn't just take a straight path along the street - have to walk out from the gate through the parking lot, then along a short stretch near the road where there's no sidewalk. Or, can walk straight along the beach - that is great. Only improvements I can think of, that are all small: Salt, pepper, sugar and oil for the kitchen Blu-ray players instead of DVD A knife sharpener (dull knives :)) But everything that we think really essential for a stay was there: - enough beds - linens aplenty - tea kettle - 2 screens with a couple fun DVDs (we watched Despicable Me, didn't try to turn on cable TV) - washer/dryer - excellent AC - very easy check-in process
