Wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass door patio access offer seamless indoor/outdoor living. Begin vacation mornings with a cup of coffee on the furnished patio and, when hunger strikes, head inside to make breakfast. Anchored by a center island with seating for six, the sparkling kitchen is complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. An elegant chandelier illuminates the dining table set for six, while the adjacent living room boasts comfortable seating for the whole group. With six TVs and in-home high-speed WiFi, everyone will find something to entertain them. Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, booster seat, Pack 'n Play, an Xbox, and a baby monitor, while central air-conditioning and the washer/dryer add convenience during your stay. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. The 2026 fee for renter wristbands is $45 per person (age 6+) per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six (6) and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the Clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards. The replacement cost for lost access card is $50.
