Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad the location, parking, and deck worked well for your stay and that the beds and linens were comfortable. We're sorry to hear the property wasn't as clean as it should have been when you arrived. Dirty dishes, hair, and the stained sofa pillow fall well short of the standard we hold, and we've shared these details with our housekeeping and local team for review. The broken light on the outside stairs is a safety concern we take seriously, and we're sorry that wasn't resolved during your stay despite your calls to management. We truly appreciate you letting us know what fell short so we can do better for you and future guests.
