New updates for 2026 include a concrete driveway as well as new countertop/backsplash and kitchen cabinets for the kitchenette on the 1st floor. The 2025 upgrades included two leather sectional sofas in the third-floor living room, seven new leather chairs in the bedrooms, a pergola over the hot tub, 20 new dining chairs, fresh artwork, and new appliances, including an A/C unit, a dishwasher, two French door refrigerators, and a new water heater. Each level offers bedrooms and gathering areas, perfect for large families. Relax on expansive decks overlooking the fenced pool, hot tub, and dock, or take a short walk to the beach. The great room is ideal for family time, featuring granite countertops, double appliances, and ample dining space. Two suites with private baths are on the top floor, while the middle level has three suites and a child-friendly bunk room, all with accent lighting and TVs.
