Love the location

We liked the proximity to the beach at Dollar Lake and the playground. The Chanticleer Inn was a great facility and right on the water where we could park our boats.

Great place close to the rink

This was the perfect location for my family to stay during a recent hockey tournament. It’s clean, close to the rink, and plenty of utensils to cook in the kitchen.

The condo was a good fit for a quick up north stay. The location is easy access to town and good dinner options. Everything was clean and all of the essentials are available. The patio is at the back of the property so no water views. Access to Eagle Lake is at the Chanticleer property across the street. If you're looking at a stay in the summer, be aware the air conditioning is through window units, and the upstairs is cooled via a unit in the second bedroom. Because of this you have to run the unit on high to cool the main bedroom along with a fan. This worked just fine for us as it was two adults though could be cumbersome in other circumstances.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're so glad the condo worked well for your quick getaway, and that the location gave you easy access to town and great dining options. We appreciate you sharing the details about the window air conditioning units so future guests know what to expect during a summer stay. It sounds like everything ran smoothly for you, and we'd love to welcome you back whenever you're heading north again. The VueStay Team

We had a great experience staying at Cleerwood Village in Eagle River. It was very clean and the people we met were very friendly and fun to talk to. We also enjoyed watching the boats go by the Chanticleer.

Very spacious for family of three

We loved the fireplace because we visited in the winter. The location was ideal for our outdoor adventures. The Anvil Lake Trail for skiing and hiking/snowshoeing was nearby. We were thrilled to discover the giant sledding hill down the trail behind the condo.

A 4-star rating with a message that went unanswered deserves a sincere acknowledgment. The guest is signaling something fell short. Since they didn't specify what the message was about, I won't speculate. I'll apologize warmly for the miss, make it clear the local team is reachable and responsive, and keep it brief. We're sorry to hear your message didn't get a response. That's not the level of care we aim for, and we want you to know our local team is available 7 days a week, including after-hours emergencies, to help with anything that comes up. We'd genuinely appreciate the chance to make things right if you'd like to reach out again, and we'd love to host you again whenever you're planning your next visit. The VueStay Team
