The home itself is very nice. We have stayed in Bear Trap Dunes previously so we were familiar with the lovely community. Although the home is nice, it's very worn down on the inside. Dust, cobwebs, crumbs, and dirt in most rooms. The home could use a refresh of new furniture and outside furniture as the table was rusted. A comforter for the 2nd bedroom was missing, just a sheet was there. I did contact property management and they were nice and got back to me very quickly. The biggest concern for me was the wobbly ceiling fan in the screen in porch. It shook back and forth. We had my 6M granddaughter on vacation so you could understand my concern. They did send cleaning person the next day, however no one came to check the fan. We appreciate the vacation home, however we wouldn't return.
