Great Spot!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Georgetown House! It was a beautiful view and a wonderful condo. We have zero complaints as the room was clean and the kitchen was fairly updated. We loved the extra living room with the pull-out couch. We definitely recommend it!

Great Place

We loved staying at this condo, we have 3 little kids so the easy walk to the beach was amazing! I loved that there was a pool close by so the kids could swim when they were done at the beach. The swing sets on the beach were a fun bonus as well! Stocked kitchen so we cooked a lot in the condo. I’ll be back!

Worth Every Penny

Sea Colony was a wonderful place to visit. The community is large, but offers small town feel with tram rides and a plethora of activities. The unit was immaculate and was more than enough room for my family of four. I highly recommend Sea Colony, especially this unit in the Georgetown building.

The unit was nicely designed. The kitchen was well furnished. The mattress quality was good. Cons: no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom dispensers. The living room sofa could use an upgrade.

Excellent place!

Stayed for 3 nights. 3 adults, 3 kids. The room and view were just perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Not noisy. We initially had trouble with our door code, but it was very quickly resolved. And any questions we had along the way, we were able to text someone and they got back to us right away. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Perfect for families. Thank you!

Great Apartment, Great View - No Linens!

We’ve stayed at Sea Colony 4 times, this apartment was the best - well maintained, clean, well stocked with kitchen items and comfortable furniture. Great ocean view. Drawbacks - living room carpet wasn’t terribly clean, and there were no bed linens on arrival - waited two hours for sheets, made beds ourselves. But a great visit, would be happy to stay in Georgetowne 403 again.

Bethany beach find!

This condominium in Sea colony where the true Bethany beach find! We had everything we needed. The best thing was the view. True ocean front. The balcony was much bigger than expected. Enjoyed sitting out morning and evening watching the sun rise and set. Great access to everything. Well equipped condo with an exceptionally complete kitchen. We really loved Bethany Beach for the quiet, family atmosphere.

Toes in the sand

We loved the condo. All the furnishings were tip top. Especially the kitchen and baths. Even though it said no towels were included there were plenty in the unit. I am an ex-Coast Guardsman and have been near or on all the beaches from Maine to Cuba this beach rates with the best of them. The life guards were very good. We are planning to come back next year God willing.

Beautiful Beach condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect with the exception of the stove. The burners were lifted, I believe the incorrect catch pans were installed. We did use the oven & it worked fine. Hopefully they can address the stove issue. Otherwise we highly recommend this unit.

Pros and cons

The unit was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was in a good location in the building looking straight out towards ocean. BUT the beds were hard as rocks. Some people may like an extra firm bed but we did not. And the sofas were so soft they swallowed you. Finally, the bedroom shades do little to keep the morning sun out. Not as big a problem since we couldn’t sleep anyway because of the hard bed.
