Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking vacation rental “White Pearl 52,”

. The apartment is located in the first row facing the sea and on the first floor of the townhouses with a ground-level entrance. A stunning 100% ocean view, a large furnished balcony with an electric awning, and a modernly furnished apartment offer a wonderful place to enjoy a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea. On the large, partially covered balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view from sunrise until the afternoon while relaxing on the furniture. The stylishly furnished combined living and dining area provides access to the balcony. Through the large panoramic windows, you’ll have a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (2x 90 cm x 190 cm) and a closet providing ample storage space. There is no room in the bedrooms to set up a travel crib; electric blinds are available for blackout. The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The private, complimentary parking space is also just a few meters away, at ground level, from the entrance to your accommodation. Since the ocean and the beach are right outside the door, it’s just a few steps away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee with prior registration.

A laundry room is located on the property and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities in the area around the vacation park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
