Designed for connection and comfort, this spacious home sleeps up to 9 guests and offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, unwind, and take in the beauty of Cocagne.

The heart of the home is its bright, open living space, surrounded by windows that bring the outside in. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a day by the water, the natural light and views create a calm, easy atmosphere throughout.

Step outside and you’ll find two screened-in porches, each offering a different experience.

The front porch, just off the bedroom, is a quiet, tucked-away spot perfect for slow mornings or an afternoon reset.
The back porch opens up to water views and is set up for gathering, featuring a bar area and dining table. It is ideal for shared meals, evening drinks, and long conversations as the sun sets.

Located just moments from the water, the property gives you that close-to-the-coast feeling without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
This is a quiet, respected neighborhood. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property fully. Quiet hours begin at 11PM. This property is not suitable for parties or events. No pets permitted.
