Le Havre a grand- mère Agnès is located in Cocagne, 35 Km from Moncton. A small but charming village along the Acadian Coastal drive in southeastern N.B. This large 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms house has view to the ocean & historical Cocagne Island and you have access to a private beach located just a short walk away 2-4 minutes: This house is perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaway, special occasions and summer vacation. Experience tranquility while still enjoying comfort & many close destination. The house has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 full bathroom. The house can easily accommodate 8 guests. It has a 6 person hot tub available all year.

Fantastic time at this ocean view getaway

Had a great time at this property. It was very clean and the home was recently fully renovated. No regrets on this home with a huge lot, hot tub, new appliances and beach vibe decor.Definitely recommend this property. Host was great!

Everything you need for the whole family. Beautiful area, amazing view. Very welcoming for our dog ( basket with full of toys for him was very appreciated) recently renovated & confortable. Highly recommend

Decor matches 'beach house' theme perfectly and it's beautiful. Pristine cleanliness. Hot tub is perfect for up to 4 adults. Very quiet area and perfect for a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

VIP level accommodations, spectacular. Beach theme sanctuary. Spacious but cozy. The outside just as beautiful as the inside. Hot tub pristine clean and luxurious.

Fantastic stay

We just spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The house was newly renovated, beautifully decorated, spacious and impeccably clean. The yard was perfect for our kids - a huge lawn to play sports on and a short walk to a private beach. The hot tub and floating raft were so much fun! The owners were quick to respond to our questions and requests and left us a wonderful welcome gift of gourmet treats. It was the highlight of our summer and we look forward to returning next year!

Great house, we can’t wait to visit again!

I would highly recommend this rental. The owners went above and beyond to make sure the house was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. You could tell they really cared about their guests and that says a lot! The house was very clean, had an amazing yard out back for our kids to run around, a hottub & was a short walk down to the beach. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfy! Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

Spacious, cozy, well decorated home away from home.

This spacious house was welcoming with everything you might want. Huge yard with a fire pit. A deck with a place to eat together on the deck. A hot tub for a nice soak under the 🌟 stars. My family spent alot of time traveling to various nearby beaches and sights but we could have easily stayed at our cabin which also allowed access to a nearby beach & had a wonderful time as well.

Maison à Cocagne

La maison louée à dépasser nos attentes, avec sa propreté, son confort et sa vue agréable, agréable dans un secteur tranquille la plage privée toutefois était décevante Avis: maison, très agréable avec de bons équipements et une belle vue. La plage privée n’était pas à la hauteur, mais nous nous recommandons tout de même la maison pour un séjour reposant.
