10-min walk (2-min drive) to Light Rail station for quick access to UW and Downtown Seattle.

The space
This self-contained studio guest suite is designed to offer a peaceful and functional retreat. The interior features an open layout with vaulted ceilings that maximize natural light and space. Please note that this unit is part of a duplex setup, where the other side is also a quiet, dedicated STR unit. here are no shared indoor spaces, guaranteeing your complete privacy.

Our host thought of everything, from extra toothbrushes, lots of clean linens, coffee pods, and even 2 umbrellas. Very grateful. Great place to stay. We did not take the train but instead paid for parking. I could not see how it is a 10 minute walk but we did not check it out much. Found it very easy to get in and out to the freeway, but was still very quiet. Beds super comfortable.

We stayed with our 8 year old son. The room and backyard space were very bright and clean - huge windows let in a lot of light, which was nice to wake up to in the morning. Everything is comfortably arranged and convenient; we used the kitchen to make a few meals. The beds were super comfortable and there was a nice large bathtub.The location requires a car or Uber, but shops and the Light Rail are not super far away. The host was very responsive, and it’s super easy to get into the apartment itself.

This spot was great. Very Clean. Quiet. Bed was comfy. AC was great because we had some hot days. Filled filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a lovely touch. Host was very communicative. She was onsite luckily when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The door has a keyless entry for the deadbolt but we locked the door handle at night and forgot to unlock when we left for the day, our first day. The host was next door cleaning and saw us struggling. So she was able to give us a key. She was very sweet.
