Green oasis for the big family near Montepulciano.



This fully restored apartment is a good starting point to visit the Val d'Orcia, get to know Montalcini and organize a trip to Rome or Florence.

We recommend a visit with tasting in one of the wineries in Montepulciano and a picnic at Lake Chiusi. You can reach Lake Trasimeno in 30 minutes.

Chianciano is the city of water baths and your accommodation is located on the 'path of water', an ideal route for trekking and mountain biking.



The covered terrace with pergola offers you the most beautiful view over large parts of the great Italian countryside. The wooden ceilings, exposed beams and the small fireplace in the living room conjure up a cozy and relaxing athmosphere.

Excellent location and host

Franca and her husband live right upstairs and are generous and helpful. Although we didn’t speak each other’s language, we used google translators and were able to communicate. The space is clean, modern, and well maintained. Franca had a basket of fresh fruit and wine when we arrived, and one day stopped by with fresh eggs from her chickens which tasted much better that the eggs we back in the US. Note the correct address below the google map in the ad and plug it into your phone. I can’t wait to come back.

Good Location in a country setting.

This property was as advertised and was well located. It was a bit difficult to find but the host came to meet us and showed us the way. She was available and took care of all our needs. Thank you.
