Hello, friends! I’m Jenny — the host behind Sol Haven, wife, mom of two, and storyteller behind Girl of 10,000 Lakes.

As proud Minnesotans, my family and I have always loved escaping to Florida for sunshine, beach days, and outdoor adventures. Whether we’re fishing, camping, skiing, or spending the day by the water, we’re happiest outside together.

Creating Sol Haven — along with our first vacation home, Juniper Cove — has truly been a dream come true. More than just vacation rentals, we wanted to create spaces where families can slow down, reconnect, make memories, and experience the joy of a laid-back Gulf Coast getaway.

Fun fact: Juniper Cove was named after our daughter, Juniper, and Sol Haven was inspired by our son, Harlan JinSol — making both homes deeply personal to our family.

We love Sol Haven’s location because it makes getting around the Bradenton and Anna Maria Island area incredibly easy. Located on 59th Street West, the home offers quick access to major roads leading to the beaches, downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and the Manatee Avenue bridge to Anna Maria Island.

While conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials like Target and Publix just minutes away, the area still feels safe, residential, and family-friendly with a fenced in backyard. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the Gulf Coast while having an easy place to come back and relax after a day of adventure.

Sol Haven was designed to feel like your own private family resort — colorful, fun, relaxing, and filled with thoughtful touches that make vacations feel easy. From the heated pool and spa to the vibrant private pickleball court, putting green, game room, and screened lanai, the home was created to be a destination in itself, not just a place to sleep.

We wanted Sol Haven to feel playful, welcoming, and memorable for both kids and adults, with spaces that encourage connection, laughter, and quality time together. Whether you’re spending the day poolside, heading to Anna Maria Island, or enjoying a family game night back at the house, there’s always something to do.

Inspired by our son Harlan JinSol, Sol Haven was created with the same adventurous, joyful spirit that inspired our first home, Juniper Cove. Our hope is that guests leave with the kind of vacation memories families talk about long after the trip is over.
