Beautiful house with every room as well as living room area with a tv. There's a hot tub on the back walkout basement patio that can seat up to 6 people. Amazing mountain views!!

Location was great, felt very safe. Close to all the fun things Colorado Springs has to offer. House was very spacious and had the necessities for a stay. Close enough for grocery delivery but also nearby several options for dining. Beautiful views from the house. We were able to explore the area and then come back to a quiet neighborhood to rest up for the next days adventure. Host was great with communication and very responsive. He answered back within a couple minutes and was very accommodating. Perfect rental for our family!!

The host was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean. My family came down from California and the host allowed us to have a party up to 20 people. Amazing. I highly recommend this place. The host answered all my questions I had throughout my stay. You will not be disappointed.

Overall, this property is a good value for the money. It was well described in the listing. The beds were comfortable. Its location puts it within a reach of all of the local attractions, including Pikes Peak.It did appear as if a previous tenant had done significant damage to the property and it hadn't been repaired yet. There was a broken towel rack and toilet paper holder. The broken parts were just put under the sink. There was also a dead battery in the smoke detector when we arrived. We messaged the owner and they replied very quickly that they would have their handyman there the same day. Great response but the handyman never showed up. We ended up taking care of a few of the items ourselves (like the smoke detector battery).Also, as noted in another review, the kitchen is lacking in utensils and cookware.This property could be 'great' instead of just 'good' with some attention to the details.

Got to the house and still a mess from previous guest. The garbage cans were both full with trash all around them on the ground. The front porch light is burned out. The hot tub only got up to 86 degrees. Need to update kitchen cooking supplies.
